Submission Guidelines

We openly invite our users to submit interesting photos for inclusion in our publicly accessible "User Gallery", but submissions must meet certain requirements. All images submitted will be reviewed by VillagePhotos.com staff members before they will be included.

Images must be yours,and not licensed or owned by another party. Submitting images owned by other interests may be a violation of their legal rights. VillagePhotos.com has no way to verify ownership of images; final responsibility of proof of ownership is the burden of the customer.

Images submitted to general categories must not contain nudity, images depicting or indicating sexual acts, visually or otherwise, or otherwise overtly sexual images. Use the "Sexy/Mature" category, which is restricted to adult paying users, for any questionable images. Users are responsible for proof of age and consent of any pictured models.

Images must not violate any local, county, state, or federal laws on obscene or indecent material.

Images that do not conform to these rules and the Terms of Service are subject to removal from our system.
