Upgrading to a Higher Plan

If you already have a paid account, but wish to upgrade to a higher plan, we'll refund either a portion of your last payment or the entire amount, depending on how long the plan has been in use. You can go ahead and upgrade to a new plan, but then contact us with a Customer Service Inquiry right away. Let us know that you've upgraded to a higher plan and need a refund for your previous plan. Please include your username and payment method in any messages you send.

Cancelling a Subscription

Use the link below to cancel any PayPal subscription. At the end of the period you've paid for, your account will return to "free" status and normal bandwidth limits will return to your account.
