About Village Photos

Village Photos is a wholly owned division of Ripside Interactive, L.L.C., a family owned and operated business in Omaha, Nebraska USA. Because we're privately owned, we're able to keep our overhead to a minimal and offer great image hosting prices.

We do our best to personally respond to most customer questions and inquiries within minutes. Our response time is getting even faster with our proprietary online "C-Service" customer service software, which helps us manage customer communications.

We are proud to use Dell storage devices and Dell multiprocessor servers powered by Intel Xeon P4 processors and the Microsoft Windows 2000 and 2003 Server family of operating systems.

Our data center is located at a highly secure, hardended facility featuring redundant power supplies, and on-premise backup generators and HVAC systems.

Village Photos is a member of the Better Business Bureau of the Heartland, and placed on the "Customer Service Honor Roll" for 2002-2003 and 2003-2004.
